On June 28, 2012, Deputy Inspector General Harold W. Geisel testified before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. The title of the hearing was: “Assessment of the Transition from a Military to a Civilian-Led Mission in Iraq.” Mr. Geisel testified on Panel II along with: Mr. Michael Courts, Acting Director, International Affairs and Trade, U.S. Government Accountability Office; Mr. Mickey McDermott, Special Deputy Inspector General for Southwest Asia, U.S. Department of Defense Office of Inspector General; Mr. Michael Carroll, Deputy Inspector General, U.S. Agency for International Development; and the Honorable Stuart Bowen, Jr., Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction.
